The hotel's location was great! It was in the heart of downtown, making it easy to walk to all the tourist areas and even to other nice places. We also enjoyed eating at the hotel's restaurant and the courtyard was a nice space covered in grape vines. the breakfast was pretty decent and our room had a nice view of the town.
The hotel's service was lacking and felt phoned in.

My Christmas stay was great! The breakfasts were fantastic with a variety of bread, fresh fruit, and delicious pastries. The hotel's location was perfect, situated just a few minutes' walk from the main square and all the wonderful landmarks. , there was an incredible panoramic view of the city from my room, making my stay even more enjoyable.
The room was a bit cramped and the heating system wasn't working well, causing some unpleasant moments during the night. The hotel didn't offer many entertainment options or activities to do during the holidays.
